This project was a Historic "rehabiltation." We worked closely with the State Historic Preservation Office and the Landmarks and Urban Conservation Commission in order to return the building to it's 1942 status which included the air side patio, portal, and restoring the public interior areas of the Great Hall and Dining Room. Tamps were added to the building exterior in accordance with ADA. The building interior was also rehabilitated to include ADA accessibility in the restrooms an elecator was added between the 2nd floor and basement. New supply air vents were hidden behind beams on either side of the Great hall. New fan coil units were hidden behind grills that formerly hid radiators.
