The project began as a set of prototype building plans and evolved into a master site development plan which met the City of Albuquerque's Environmental Planning Commission's approval. The site is comprised of six office buildings with xeriscape landscaping to meet the City Water Ordinance. The project was constructed under special partnering agreements between the developer and contractor. They were built as tenants were secured. The building shells incorporate deep set windows to allow daylight into each office space without compromising the structure's heat loss or gain. A large covered portico marks the building entries. Building interiors were designed and built to meet the needs of each individual client ranging from office space to dentistry.
